Fountain repairs are the dreaded problem for commercial property management companies and HOA Home Owner Associations that have retention ponds with fountains. Because fountain pumps are running so often, they typically break in the first few years.
So what do you do when the fountain breaks? If the fountain was purchased for less than $1500 more than likely, it would be cheaper to throw it away then to fix it. This is due mainly to them being made cheaply in China with no parts available and costly man hours of fixing them.
If the fountain was purchased for more than $2000, you would need to contact the manufacturer if it under a warranty and they will need to fix it, or it will void the warranty.
